Steps to apply for an Austin Waldorf Education

  1. Campus Visit. The first step in the admissions process is to complete an Inquiry Form and schedule a tour. After the campus tour, you may complete an online application.
  2. Application Review:  The Priority Admission appication deadline for new families is January 25. Students completing the application process by the priority deadline will receive notification of an admission decision by March 10. After the priority deadline, applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling admission basis until all classes are full. ustin Waldorf School has a rolling admissions policy. We accept applications throughout the year for consideration when space becomes available.
  3. Admissions Visit: Upon application review, a candidate may be invited to visit the school for a classroom visit. During the visit, the parents will have a meeting with faculty
  4. Notification of Acceptance: Parents are notified of the admission decision within one week of the classroom visit. Once families return their enrollment forms and the registration fee, enrollment is finalized.

Admissions and Financial Aid Deadlines

The priority admissions deadline for all applications is January 25. Students completing the application process by the priority deadline will receive notification of an admissions decision by March 10. After the priority deadline, applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling admissions basis until all classes are full.

Applications for tuition assistance are December 15 for returning families and February 10 for new families applying for admission.
